Read the Label: Not all packaged foods are created equal!
Packaged food is popular because of its convenience. But not all packaged food is created equal. You just need to flip the package and read the list of ingredients. If you recognize each and every ingredient on the label eat it…if not, at least be curious and try to understand what you are putting in your body.
Most of us carve time out of a busy day for regular exercise. That’s only focusing calorie output. Why not give equal importance to the input. Eat what you know; Know what you eat!
